Rates and accessibility
Disabled visitors can benefit from a 50% discount on the public price, priority access to the entrance, or a parking space, depending on the proof presented:
From now on, we will only accept one proof of entitlement. The CMI (mobility inclusion card) with its 3 variants:
1- CMI CARD - PRIORITY
This type of card gives you priority access at the site's reception via the dedicated PRM line.
It does not provide access to a reduced rate or reserved parking spaces.
2- CMI CARD - PARKING
This type of card grants access to a PRM parking space as close as possible to the site entrance.
Access upon presentation of the supporting document, to be left visible on the dashboard.
It does not grant a reduced rate or priority access to entrances.
3- CMI CARD - DISABILITY:
This type of card entitles you to: -50% off the "public" rate + direct access through the "priority PRM" queue.
Place your order online by selecting a "CMI disability" ticket.
On the day of your visit, you will need to present
- Your ticket
- Your CMI disability card
- Your identity card.
If your card includes the mention "accompanying person," the discount will apply to both individuals.
Failure to present these documents will result in the application of the public rate.
You can also purchase your ticket directly on-site upon presentation of the above-mentioned documents.
Attention, the park is accessible only via gravel paths with some elevation.
Plan to have an accompanying person for the day.
Santa's Hamlet is wheelchair accessible and has an elevator.
We are unable to provide priority access anywhere other than at the site's entrance.
