The rest of the year:

Just a few minutes away, you’ll find Le Grand Parc de Noël in winter and Le Grand Parc d’Andilly in summer, both offering light dining options. (See the corresponding page for more details.)

“Visitors with Disabilities.”

What's the best time to visit?
During the Christmas season, to avoid large crowds, we strongly recommend booking your ticket in advance and visiting as early as the All Saints’ holiday (late October) or during the first half of November.Outside the festive season, the magic of the site remains intact and our characters have plenty of time to chat with you in peace... this is of course less the case at the end of the year as there are so many of you.

From November 20 onward and throughout December, consider coming on weekdays or, on weekends, visiting right at opening time, between noon and 2 PM, or in the evening (from 5 PM onwards) when the site lights up beautifully.

Outside of the holiday season, the magic remains intact, and our characters have plenty of time to interact with you in a relaxed atmosphere. This is, of course, less the case at the end of the year when visitor numbers are much higher.

Where can I park?
Upon arrival, several parking areas are available. During the winter season, volunteers from the association will welcome and guide you, so please follow their instructions regarding parking.

How long does a visit to Santa’s Hamlet take?
Under normal crowd conditions, the average visit lasts between 1.5 and 2 hours.

During peak times, the visit may take longer.

Until what time can I enter?
Entry is allowed up to 30 minutes before closing time.

However, keep in mind that you will need at least one full hour to tour the site properly.

Can I bring my children's letters to Santa?
Of course! You can drop them in the mailbox of the character of your choice in the garden.
Every letter will be read, and all drawings will be admired by Santa and his volunteer elves.

If you’d like to receive a response from Santa Claus, you can request a special letter on-site for €3 if you live in France and €3.50 for international delivery.

This fee covers:

  • A personalized A2-sized letter addressed to your child
  • A handwritten addressed envelope
  • The blank letter template provided on-site for you to fill in

What is the admission fee for visitors with reduced mobility?
